These terms and conditions serve as the contract between the customer and Kevins Creations LLC., by which the customer is agreeing to the terms and conditions. Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. By purchasing, you agree to the terms stated here.
OUR GUARANTEE
- Kevins Creations LLC will provide orders in a timely manner as specified in the invoice. We guarantee that the flavors, ingredients, and orders will be met as detailed. We appreciate your business and are honored to be able to share our creations with you!
ALLERGY DISCLAIMER + DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
- Be advised that while Kevins Creations LLC will take every precaution necessary to prevent cross-contamination, such as the use of separate equipment and utilizing strict sterilization protocols, there is still a slight risk of the presence of any allergen. Products may contain allergens.
- Kevins Creations LLC must be held harmless in situations where a dietary restriction(s) is concerned. It is the responsibility of the customer to explain and ensure any and all dietary restrictions, including allergens, are made aware to Kevins Creations LLC.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to identify, confirm , and avoid product(s), if any, from Kevins Creations LLC that contain a dietary restriction said customer cannot have. Consumption is at your own risk and those consuming the product.
- Customers agree that Kevins Creations LLC is not certified in any particular dietary requirement, and food allergen contamination may occur.
PAYMENT TERMS
- All sales are final. Once an order is received by the customer, it indicates that the order was inspected by the customer, met the customer's expectations, and was completed correctly in full.
- All payments are non-refundable. If there is an issue with the product, said issue must be made known to Kevins Creations LLC immediately after purchase (ideally, the same day). Kevins Creations LLC reserves the right to replace, or not to replace, the product.
- Online orders will require payment in full upon placing the order. Large orders might be subject to the option of placing a deposit, with the remaining balance to be paid 5 days before order pick-up date.
- The order balance must be received within the following timeframes:
- When paying with checks, full payment must be mailed to the mailing address at least one week prior to order pick-up date OR checks being used to pay the remaining 50% can be hand-delivered at order pick-up . There will be a $50 fee for a returned check.
- Virtual payment options require payment to be received in full upon placing an order, or paid in full by 1pm the business day before order pick-up.
- Final payment due date will be indicated on the invoice. A 20% late fee will be charged each day the final payment is late.
- If payment is not received by the due date, the order may be subject to cancelation.
DELIVERY/PICK-UP TERMS
- The delivery/pick-up time will be discussed, and confirmed, upon placing an order. If a change in delivery/pick-up time is necessary, Kevins Creations LLC will inform the customer ASAP. Additionally, if the customer must adjust an order delivery/pick-up time, said customer must contact Kevins Creations ASAP - we will do our best to accommodate.
- Delivery fees will be discussed upon placing an order.
Kevins Creations LLC reserves the right to change the terms and conditions, and refund/return policy, at its discretion. Additonally, Kevins Creations LLC maintains the right to refuse service to any customer at its discretion.
